My Compliment to Nam Ho

After lunch was chatting with Jia, she read Ting's blog on how they compliment on Nam Ho. I would say, everyone have their own view depending on what they want. Nam Ho is a Big and rather long travel agent in Singapore. Which compare to Chan's Brother or SA, I don't think Nam Ho will loss to them in term of long service and in the market for long. I had compared a 8 Days Korea itinerary with SA, Chan's Brother and many other agency. More or less the itinearay is the same but Nam Ho can give a better rate, which is $200-$300 cheaper and in terms of meals Nam Ho is providing more meals than the rest of the travel agent. As for tour briefing, to me is not important, because so far I've travelled to a few country, I don't bother to attend such briefing lor.. Although Nam Ho charge service for Credit card I can understand but not Nets. Anyway there's no rules and regulations for that. By the way I had called the CASE-CONSUMER and lodged a complain on Nam Ho for charging a service charge for NETS.

This is not the first time I've make booking from Nam Ho, I will still go back to them because they can provide me with good rate compared to other. And some friends of mine all the while using Nam Ho got good compliment on their service. As for people going for Chan's brother, SA Tours, 5 Stars and etc....I can say maybe their company is "well-known" bah. Heheheh... They have alot of advertisment compared to the rest. Doesn't mean a well-known company will not have complains or unhappy with their service. What I can say is up to each individual likes and dislike. All not important, the most important is travel safely & Happily can liao...
