New Role
Last saturday, we had a long meeting in office with regards of restructure work in office. I will be taking up a new role and according to boss I am the one who have work the longest in this company and know in and out of how the office operated. After the meeting, we went out for lunch, we had a good chat and the lunch was good.
My admin and accounts work will handover to another colleague called Lida. I will be handling project such as generate BQ, schedule, risk assessment, O&M. Liase with project contractors, supplier, vendor, logistic company and oversea supplier, prepare tender documents, submission of tender documents and etc.... Infact some of this job I am already currently doing it now, just that I have to be more focus and I'm willing to take up this challenge. That's not all.... I am giving a chance and have to lead company to achieve ISO9001, that is a very challenging job too. My boss have already fix an appointment with one of the consultant for me this coming Monday to understand more and procedure to follow so as for me to work on it. Understand from all my colleagues that many companys will value such person as it will add valued to the company.
