Yesterday afternoon Vivien from the Tour Agency called me asking whether I want to postphone the trip or cancel it. If I were to postphone, travelling date will be within 30 October 2008. Due to Yang exmaination fall on October so I decided to cancel the trip.I need to get back to them by 3 pm yesterday, they are giving me a few hours to consider. I told vivien that I want to cancel the trip and she told me that there will be a impose fee of $50 due to ticket already issue, airline just onhold only. Advice from Ting that they cannot impose any penalty charge and they should refund all. Unless ticket is issued, so I requested for a copy of ticket and Vivien said will get back to me. But she did not, she asked her colleague Moon to call me instead. Telling me that actually the ticket did not issue. I am damn angry after hearing that and told her at first Vivien told me was issue and when I requested for ticket and now you told me not issue. Do you know what she said?? She said "I rephase my word" is booked already not issued. WTF!!! She don't even bother to apologize to me, and said that "I rephase my word" when come to think about it really made my blood boil lor. I told them since ticket have not issue yet, they should refund the full amount to us. But she insisted there is a $50 impose, I told them if I want to change the Taiwan, she said that a $50 also will be imposed. What is this man?! Sibeh Angry leh?! Cannot tahan anymore I told them I will do down and talk to her boss.
After my work, I went down straight, I've spoken with Moon, Eddy went down with me. The more we talk the more louder and anger we are, I remember Eddy said something and Moon reply "You should also rephase the word also" which made Eddy very unhappy, She really got attitute problem, at that time some customer walked in. They are looking at us, Wah kao damn paiseh, after that we went to the boss room. The boss explain to us and keep apologize to us on behalf of his staff. We just want to let the boss know that we don't mind to pay for the $50, the problem is her staff don't even apologize and trying to challenge us by telling him that "You should rephase the word". She is damn Stuck up lor. Eddy still said if that is the case We will go to "Siao fei ren xie hui" and sue them. Wahahah...big matter right, should ask the lian he zhao bao to go interview them like what Ting said. I really appreciated Eddy went down together with me, if not I will be bullied. Wahhahaa
They also told me that refund need at least 1 week to process, but in the end, the boss open a cheque immediately. He keep telling us to postphone the trip and don't cancelled it. But he can't ensure us that we can come back on time. In the end, only waive of the children charge. Sigh!! What I've got to say?? What I can say is just my luck that's all.


DVD bought on Sunday...show not bad can pass down. Who's interested let me know. :)
